Yes this will connect USB C to HDMI. We also have our part number 30547 which is USB to HDMI as well.

I'm trying to use this with a new MacBook Pro (13 inch with TouchBar, late 2017) and cannot get it to work with a Dell monitor. The monitor says: no HDMI signal.
