Will this adapter work with other ps/2 devices than a keyboard or mouse? We have hand held scanners that are ps/2 and need to connect them to machines only having usb ports. I have tried a couple of different(cheap) ps/2 to usb connectors and they aren't working. They seem to only work with keyboards and mice. C2G 27277 PS2 Female to USB Male Adapter

The 27277 is indeed only compatible with PS/2 mice and keyboards. If you would like to use other PS/2 devices, please consider our part 32185.

will this work on kvm switch ps2 to usb server

I would recommend using part number 32185 if you are connecting a PS/2 KVM switch to a USB port on a computer.

Will this USB Male to PS2 Female Adapter work with an integrated KVM 2 port switch?...Everything works except the mouse.

This adapter will adapter a PS/2 mouse or keyboard to a USB port. So if the KVM has a USB input and you want to connect a PS/2 mouse, this adapter should work for you.
