C2G Goes Into My Contact File
The product is used to connect a new computer (i7 factory overclocked to 4.3Ghz) to a high res monitor. The monitor came with a cable, but the quality does not feel as "tough" as the quality and build of the computer, which seems outstanding in all respects. I bought two of these C2G cables, because after trying those from a couple of other companies I found, in one case, the resolution was not capable of the maximum DVI-D resolution, which I need to drive this 2560 x 1440 monitor and a GDDR5, 4GB video card. The cable clearly is built to last; I expect it to last at least as long as the computer and monitor -- what more could one ask for???

15'+ length needed because it is used at a "stand-up" dual monitor workstation.

This item is a DVI-D cable. If the Toshiba has a DVI port and you are trying to go to a HDMI input on a TV, you should use this cable (#40321). If you have an HDMI cable and just need an adapter, you could use this part (#40746).

The images provided for this cable suggest it's much longer than 0.5m (1.64 feet). Are these images of the actual cable, or it is really 0.5 meters long?

It really is 0.5m long. It is a stock photo for all lengths of this line of DVI-D cables

I have made a really small pci computer,Ill I want is an ordinary dvi cable that I can connect both the DVI output of the computer to the entry of the computer monitor,It is a n ordinary cable but small. Is this the product for me.

If the video card on the computer and monitor both have a regular DVI port, this cable would make the connection.

Yes. Both connectors on this cable are DVI-I Dual Link Male.
