Rated 5 out of 5 by from It works, and looks great I have six of these from Cables to Go. They are used in pairs for three ethernet runs. They work well and look professional. One is a network line, one is a USB to ethernet extension, one is a 3.5mm analog to ethernet extension. I prefer to use real RJ-45 connectors on the ends of my "In wall" cables. It makes it easy to open the outlet for troubleshooting any of my six keystone connections, and not damage any small wires that are connected at the faceplate. These do the trick.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Networking Made Eazy This is a great and simple way to connect your Ethernet cable together without connecting and stripping wires. All you have to do is plug your Ethernet cable from your existing network to the back and of the coupler and your in business. This made life much easier for connecting my TV, blu-ray player and PS3 all on the same network.

Questions & Answers

Is this coupler good for both cat 5 and cat 6 ? Thanx.

Asked by: pargolfbob
It is not rated for Cat5e or Cat6 speeds. The cable will fit the connection but we cannot guarantee the Cat5e or Cat6 speed.

Will this work with Cat 6 data cables?

Asked by: Mike
This keystone is not rated for Cat5e or Cat6 cables. Proper termination for a wall plate keystone would be punching the ethernet cables down to the back of the keystone. The only coupler we have that is Cat5e rated is 20201.
